Students from Mayfield Jr./Sr. High School won more than $1,000 in awards at the 53rd Annual Fulton County Art Show in Gloversville.
Art teacher Jeremy Lebediker said he's very proud of his students.
"We’ve been entering the Fulton County Art Show every year for the last eight years and each year we win several awards," he said. "However, this year Mayfield art dominated, taking 13 of 19 awards and winning over $1,000 in award money. These awards are a testament to our solid art program and how hard students work to meet and exceed expectations. I couldn’t be prouder."
