"Save Mayfield Athletics" to meet

The Save Mayfield Athletics Committee is meeting tomorrow to organize our August Auction.  We are pleased to announce our current fundraising figure is $9300 and counting.  Our August goal is $11,900 so we are happy and thankful to our community for their great response thus far.  However we are still moving forward as our long term goal is to reach $30,000.  Please attend this week’s meeting or respond to this email if you would like to be on one of the committees below.

·        Set committee leaders

o   Facility/set up/clean up

o   PR/signs

o   Raffles

o   Silent Auction

o   Live Auction

o   Food

o   Money/cash boxes etc

o   Thank you committee to send out cards to donors

·        Call on Volunteers to get on a committee

·        Set date for next Auction organization meeting (if not next Thursday)
