My Ride K-12

Mayfield Central School District has partnered with My Ride K-12, a user-friendly mobile app that allows parents and guardians to access their own secure data for bus stop locations, routes and pickup times at the touch of a button.

Parents and guardians can enjoy peace of mind by tracking bus locations right on their phones, and are in the loop with instant notifications on delays, bus number or route changes, and arrival times.

Student ID Cards

All students will be issued a Student ID Card that will be scanned when getting on and off the bus. Student ID Cards will be issued to every student, regardless if they ride the bus regularly to and from school. These cards will be used any time a student is on a Mayfield Central School District bus.

Parents and guardians will be able to register with My Ride K-12 using the Student ID number found on the Student ID Card.

Registering with My Ride K-12

  1. Using the Chrome browser, go to myridek12.tylerapp.com.
  2. If you do not already have a registered email, click Sign-Up.
  3. To register, enter your email address, a password, and name.
  4. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in your email to confirm your registration through the My Ride K-12 website.
  5. When prompted, search for the name of the school district your child attends.
  6. Enter the Student ID number found on the Student ID Card issued by the district. Repeat this step to add additional students.
  7. Once you have linked to a student, click on that student’s profile to see all relevant transportation information.
  8. To share a student link with another person, select a student and click the Share button.
  9. Enter the email of the person you would like to share with. That person will receive a confirmation email that will automatically link them to the shared student(s). Recipients must register with My Ride K-12, if they have not already done so, to access the student’s information.
