MCSD bid farewell to a number of staff members at the end of the school year.
In the high school, Charles Baker, earth science teacher, is retiring after 29 years of service.
In the elementary school, Mariann Brower, teacher aide, is retiring after 22 years of service. Kristie Edwards, guidance secretary, is retiring after 20 years of service. Joy Geier, teacher aide, is retiring after 17 1/2 years of service, and Assunta “Sue” Satterlee, first grade teacher, is retiring after 30 years of service.
