We are excited to host another season of Mayfield Youth Soccer. Sign ups are now open and please spread the word! Dates and times listed below. This is open to all Mayfield Elementary Students Pre-K – 6th Grade. We are looking for volunteer coaches and sponsors – register on the link below.

September 12, 14, 19 21, 26, 28 (6:00-7:00 PM)
October 3, 5, 10, 12 (5:30-6:30 PM)
Cost:
1 Kid – $20
2 Kids – $35
3-4 Kids – $45
Cash or check (made out to Mayfield Youth Soccer). Please bring payment to first practice on 9/12/23. Sign-ups will be open through August 18th as tee-shirt order will need to be placed.
