School districts and BOCES periodically review their safety plans and accept public comment on them annually.
Anyone wishing to provide feedback may do so by contacting the District Clerk at 518-661-8207 or email@example.com.
The public comment period will be open until August 26, 2023.
First adopted in 2001, the plan is designed to prevent or minimize the effects of serious incidents and emergencies and to facilitate coordination with outside emergency resources. All school districts and BOCES in New York are required by the state to have such emergency plans in place.
