In accordance with state reopening guidelines, Mayfield Central School District has submitted its reopening plan to both the New York State Education Department and the Department of Health.
“While we submitted our reopening plan to the State Education Department by the July 31 deadline, we discovered yesterday that it had not been submitted to the New York State Department of Health. This was quickly remedied, and we have received confirmation that the district’s plan has now been received by both departments,” Superintendent of Schools Christopher Harper said.
